For those people who are eagerly anticipating the 2016 World Naked Bike Ride, there’s a disrobed precursor to the event (not affiliated) that will help to provide an all over tan for those participating in the group ride.
Saturday, May 7, 2016 is World Naked Gardening Day (WNGD). The day is dedicated to those who like to dig around in the dirt, and not get their clothes mussed up. It’s a day filled with beaming sunshine (hopefully), some exposed skin, and plenty of healthy gardening productivity.
This is the 12th Annual WNGD – a day set aside for naturalists who love to garden in the buff. WNGD always falls on the first Saturday in May. From sun up to sunset, this cheeky occasion is a way for people to disrobe, while getting down and dirty in a super clean manner.
Unfortunately, NYS is still not hip to the whole nudity thing, which means that everyone must either be discreet or pay the price if spotted by the fuzz. Chances are, if done in a way that isn’t bothering anyone – not flaunting – then picking up a watering can and dropping trou probably won’t amount to anything more than elevating your own state of natural happiness.
