Free BLT Training Fitness Classes @ Canalside

Canalside has designated four days for Free BLT Training Fitness Classes this summer. The classes are designed as serious workouts for your butt, legs and thighs (BLT). Working out in this manner is no walk in the park. Instead, the classes are intended to get the blood flowing, the muscles burning, and the body moving.

Run faster, jump higher, and power through any fitness plateaus.

For one full hour, participants will test the limits of their cardio strength via plyometric exercises. Learn how to push your body without the assistance of expensive gym equipment, gym memberships, etc. The free classes will show you the ins and outs of feeling the ultimate burn.

Sunday, June 26th

Sunday, August 14th

Sunday, September 4th

Time: 9:00 – 10:00 a.m.

Location: The Canals Lawn @ Canalside

This class is FREE to the public. Bring a water bottle to stay replenished.
