Join us for a Happy & Healthy Wellness Event sponsored by Project Best Life and Buffalo Rising, hosted by The Terrace Buffalo on Sunday, May 21 from 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

The Project Best Life series seeks to provide inspiration and advice to help people live life to the fullest and to keep us all on the road to living our best lives.

Indoor Cycle Classes are coming to Delaware Park – One Day Only!

Cycle Classes

45 MINUTE CYCLE CLASSES ON THE COVERED PATIO OVERLOOKING HOYT LAKE…GREAT WAY TO SPEND YOUR SUNDAY!

Yoga + Meditation in the Rose Garden

  • 11:30 AM – 12:00 PM | Yoga with Leslie Rothschild, Carriage House Collective
  • 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM | Meditation with Shawnell Tillery, Afrochick Yoga
  • 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM | Yoga with Elizabeth Randell, Carriage House Collective
  • 1:00 PM – 1:30 PM | Yoga with Shawnell Tillery, Afrochick Yoga
  • 1:30 PM – 2:00 PM | Yoga with Emily Ets-Hokin, Carriage House Collective

We recommend that you pre-register to reserve your spot(s) as space is limited. There is no fee to attend, however, donations are highly encouraged. Instructors will display their Venmo at the event. Classes are 30 minutes each, you are welcome to book multiple classes. In the case of inclement weather, classes will be moved inside. We encourage participants to wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat and water bottle.

  • FreshFix works with local farmers and food producers across New York to bring you a wide selection of fresh produce and artisan foods. Each week they reach out to local farm partners to find out what they have ready to harvest and add it to their webstore. Customers can choose from seasonal produce as well as other local artisanal items such as bread, dairy, meat, chocolate, kombucha, and pasta. All your favorite local foods in one place- how easy is that?!?
  • Renew Bath and Body is your premiere source for bathbody, and skincare products that are sustainably sourced and effective.
  • Jewish Community Center of Greater Buffalo: Building muscles and relationships. The JCC makes it easy and fun to get in shape with two fitness centers, complete with cardio equipment, free weights, a dedicated personal training room, functional training space, yoga studios, pickleball courts, indoor heated pools, racquetball court, multi-sports court, cycling studios, and much more! Their credentialed team will help you reach your health, fitness, and wellness goals for all ages, interests, and abilities.
  • Rebel Ride: an indoor cycling studio located in East Amherst, NY. Rebel Ride offers high-intensity cardio training in several ride formats. As Rebels, you have the freedom to choose your own ride.
  • Revolution Buffalo: Rhythm and non-rhythm based indoor cycle experience designed to challenge you mentally and physically through hills, drills and fun choreography.
  • Date’d Nutrition was created to help put an end to modernized eating by delivering traditional methods of ingredient sourcing to you in snack form. They believe in eating and creating food the same way our ancestors did back in the day, where they sourced their own goods and put love into their food.
  • Carriage House Collective is a group of movement, mind and body therapists working in a supportive community to better serve their client/student/patient populations. The collective is inclusive to everyone and strives to embody accessibility and diversity through the variety of offerings such as yoga, strength training, somatics, meditation, chiropractic, massage, Ayurveda, and counseling.
  • Afrochick Yoga is a mobile yoga service based in WNY that specializes in teaching beginner yoga and meditation instruction along with mindset coaching. They provide both on site and virtual services, including private one on one and Group Sessions, custom programs, workshops, and masterclasses. Sessions are customized to fit our client’s health and fitness needs.
  • HEAT Center is home to the offices of Emily Ball, Amanda Rayburg, Carrie Chilberg and Jazmine Straus, Licensed Massage Therapists. Emily also offers Coherence Life Coaching and along with Carrie, Reiki Healings. Amanda also offers Birth support and abdominal massage. Jazmine also offers Meditative Movement & End of Life Doula Services
  • Buffalo Niagara Waterkeeper protects and restores Western New York’s water and surrounding ecosystems for the benefit of current and future generations. Many Buffalo Niagara Waterkeeper projects and programs depend on valued volunteers dedicated to doing what’s necessary to keep our fresh water clean, accessible, and hospitable.
  • BFLO Hydration offers a variety of services, including injections, IV cocktails, and vitamin sprays. Every treatment at BFLO Hydration starts with a consultation with one of their nurses, to review a client’s health history and discuss any current ailments or wellness goals. They also collect basic health information to ensure that customers are appropriate candidates for IV fluids. From there, a treatment is selected from the menu or customized based on the client’s needs.
  • Project Best Life by Roswell Park empowers people to take control of their lives, and take tangible steps to be their healthiest and happiest selves.

We encourage attendees to walk, run, and bike to Delaware Park to enjoy this event which is rain or shine.

A cash bar and food/snacks are available for purchase provided by The Terrace.
